The Iberian Soul Circuit was Designed to help you Discover the Soul of Two Provinces Full of History and Traditions.
The Alentejo in Portugal and Estremadura, neighboring Spain.
On this route, you will to taste the gastronomy as well as visit and taste the World-Renowned Wines.
Itinerary Description
1st Day – Wednesday – Lisbon
At a time to be confirmed, Transfer from the Airport to the Hotel.
Sightseeing of Lisbon, visiting some landmarks.
Optional in Lisbon – Walking tour and visit to the LGBTQ+ Sites, LIKE Bars, Sauna, Clubs in Lisbon
2nd Day - Thursday – Lisbon / Sintra / Cascais / Estoril / Lisbon
After breakfast, a Panoramic Tour of the City of Lisbon with a stop in the Belém Neighborhood of Discoveries, to admire the Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, Monument of Discoveries, time to taste the famous Belém Pastries.
We continue and Visit the Romantic Town of Sintra, where you will have free time to taste the Typical Sweets from the “A Piriquita” factory ( Queijadas de Sintra and Travesseiros ), and then we will stop for lunch at an Excellent Typical Restaurant in the area ( Lunch included ).
We will continue on a trip through the stunning Portuguese Riviera, Cascais and Estoril, discovering stories of espionage and the legend that gives the city of Cascais its name.
Return to Lisbon.
3rd Day - Friday – Lisbon / Sesimbra / Arrábida Mountains / Évora
After breakfast we set off towards the Alentejo Plains but before leaving Lisbon we cross the Bridge 25 of April, the first bridge in Lisbon and see the Christ the King of Lisbon on the other side of the Tagus River.
In Vila Nogueira de Azeitão we Stop to Visit a Wine Cellar where we will learn about the history of Moscatel wine and taste wines from the region accompanied by Azeitão Cheese.
Next we will visit the Charming Fishing Village of Sesimbra where we will stop for lunch at an excellent typical restaurant in the area ( lunch included ), and where you can be Dazzled by the Blue of the Sea.
Our journey continues through the Splendid Serra da Arrábida where the Blue of the Sea Blends With the Green of the Mountains, arriving in Évora.
4th Day - Saturday – Évora / Elvas / Mérida
After breakfast, we will visit the City Museum and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Évora, and visit the Chapel of Bones, where at the entrance there is an Enigmatic Phrase “ In The Bones We Are, For Yours We Wait”.
Lunch in Évora/Elvas according to the scheduled Visit time. We continue our journey through the fantastic Alentejo Plains until we reach Elvas.
Let's learn about the history of the Most Fortified City in Europe by visiting its Fortress Nossa Senhora da Graça, built in the 18th century.
Right next to Elvas, we have the only country with which we share a border, Spain. We continue towards our final destination, Mérida.
Mérida is a City That Takes Us Back to the Roman Empire.

5th Day - Sunday – Mérida
Free Day.
6th Day - Monday – Merida / Cáceres
Our journey through time in the Spanish province of Extremadura takes us to the City of Cáceres, which was also founded by the Romans and still Maintains its Medieval Architecture from the 12th century.
Optional in Cáceres – Walking tour and visit to the LGBTQ+ Sites, LIKE Bars, Sauna, Clubs in Cáceres
7th Day - Tuesday – Cáceres / Marvão / Tomar
After Breakfast, we continue our journey through the Alentejo Plains, Visiting the Almourol Castle and having lunch.
To end our tour of the Alentejo, we make a final stop at the Historic Village of Marvão, one of the Pearls of the Alentejo located in the Heart of the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park. We continue our journey to Tomar.
8th Day - Wednesday – Tomar / Fátima / Lisbon
After breakfast, we will visit the Capital of the Knights Templar, the City of Tomar.
Visit the Convent of Christ, the Headquarters of the Order in Portugal since the 12th century, we will discover the Order's Best-kept Secrets and will we discover the Holy Grail ?
Our trip could not end without Visiting the Largest Marian Altar in the world, a place of Faith and Pilgrimage to Fátima.
Free time to visit the Sanctuary, where we will stop for lunch at an excellent typical restaurant in the area ( lunch included ).
After Return to Lisbon.
9th Day - Thursday – Lisbon
At a time to be announced, transfer from the Hotel to the Airport, end of our services.
