Despite being a small country, each region of Portugal has its own traditions when it comes to Local Cuisine.
Our country's excellent climate and fertile soil produce fresh produce, lush pastures and large areas available for livestock that provide quality meat, while the waters of the Atlantic Ocean that bathe our coast provide excellent quality fresh fish.
We are major producers of unique and singular wines from north to south, many of which are (D.O.C - Controlled Designation of Origin).
This way, we have all the ingredients for a Special Trip through Portugal with delicious, High-Quality Food and Wines that are becoming increasingly famous and appreciated abroad.
We are one of the Oldest Countries in Europe, with many historic cities and Very Well-Preserved Medieval Villages.
To add to all this, the Portuguese people are extremely friendly and hospitable.
This Gourmet and Wine itinerary aims to provide you with a True Experience of Portuguese Gastronomy and Portuguese Wines, combined with Luxury Accommodation and the guidance of a specialist professional.

Itinerary
Day 1 – Welcome to Lisbon
Arrival in Lisbon, followed by a Half-Day Visit to the City of Lisbon, highlighting the Discoveries Neighborhood of Belém, where we find 2 UNESCO World Heritage monuments and two of the seven wonders of Portugal, the Jerónimos Monastery and the Belém Tower, a mandatory stop to taste the famous Pasteis de Belém and visit its factory.
Then, overlooking the Tagus River, we have our lunch (lunch included), where we can already begin to taste the taste of Portuguese Cuisine and its Wines.
After lunch, return to the hotel for check-in. Free afternoon and evening. Night in Lisbon.
Optional: Walking tour of Lisbon's LGBT locations, bars, saunas, restaurants, clubs, etc.
Day 2 – Lisbon / Sintra / Colares / Cabo da Roca / Cascais / Estoril / Lisbon
After breakfast we will visit the most Romantic Village in Europe, Sintra. Free time to get to know its historic center and also taste ( included ) the typical sweets (queijadas and pillows) from the oldest sweet factory in Sintra “Casa Piriquita”, then we go to one of the oldest demarcated regions wines, Colares.
Between the Magic of the Sintra Mountains and the tranquility of the sea, we will discover very aromatic wines, with acidity, minerality, refreshing and elegant.
After the visit and tasting we have ( Lunch included ) with Wine Pairing.
After lunch we will Visit the Westernmost Point of the European Continent, Cabo da Roca and continue along the sea to reach Portugal's Costa do Sol and its town of Cascais where the Portuguese Royal Family used to spend their beach holidays in the month of August, on the way back to Lisbon we passed by the famous Estoril Casino.
Night in Lisbon.
Day 3 – Lisbon
Free day for your activities and shopping.
Day 4 – Lisbon / Azeitão / Serra da Arrábida / Évora
After breakfast, we head towards the Alentejo Wine Region, but first we will discover the wines of the Setúbal Peninsula, this region is famous for its Moscatel Wine, we will visit one of the wineries in the region and taste their wines accompanied by Cheese of Azeitão and its traditional sweets, Tortas de Azeitão, then lunch ( included ), after lunch we will visit the Fascinating Arrábida Mountain where the green of the mountains blends with the blue of the sea, arriving in Évora.
Night in Évora.
Dia 5 – Évora / Tomar
After breakfast, we will take a brief overview of the museum city and UNESCO World Heritage Site and discover the Famous Alentejo Wines, at a wine estate in the Alentejo plain.
Let's create our own wine, let's be winemakers for a day followed by a ( Lunch included ) where the Flavors of Alentejo Gastronomy together with its wines will be missed. We continue our journey to Tomar, where we will spend the night.
Day 6 – Tomar / Bairrada / Douro Valley
After breakfast, we will visit the capital of the Knights Templar, the city of Tomar, during the visit to the Convent of Christ, Headquarters of the Order in Portugal since the 12th Century, we will discover the best kept secrets of the Order and will we discover the Holy Grail ? We will visit the Bairrada Sparkling Wine Region where we will learn about the production of Portuguese sparkling wines, then a unique lunch with the famous Leitão da Bairrada ( Bairrada Piglet ) paired with sparkling wines and wines from the region, after lunch we will head to the enchanted Douro Valley.
Night in Lamego / Régua.
Day 7 – Douro Valley / Quinta do Seixo / Porto
After breakfast, we will Visit the enchanted Douro Valley along National Road 222, considered by National Geographic to be one of the Most Beautiful in the World.
This is where the famous Port Wine is produced, then we go to Quinta do Seixo, full of traditions, where we will learn how Port wine is made, taste it and have lunch at the Quinta's restaurant ( Lunch included ), after lunch, we continue to the Invicta city, Porto.
Night in Porto.
Optional: Walking tour to LGBT places in Porto, Bars, Saunas, Restaurants, Clubs, etc.
Day 8 – Porto
After breakfast, we will discover the Fantastic City of Porto, lunch ( Lunch included ) at the most famous place in the city, Ribeira do Porto, after lunch prepare for an experience at WOW (World Of Wines).
Night in Porto.
Day 9 – Porto
Free day for your activities and shopping.
Night in Porto
Day 10 – Porto / Fátima / Lisbon
After breakfast, we leave the city of Porto towards Lisbon, but before that we will make a brief stop at Fátima, the altar of devotion to the Virgin Mary.
Stop for lunch and right after lunch we continue our journey to our final destination, Lisbon.
Remaining day free. Night in Lisbon.
Day 11 – Lisboa
At a time to be agreed, transfer from the hotel to the airport, end of our services.
